🥢Apart from the abalone isoyaki, there are five types of seasonal sashimi go with the rice, 😎which are scallop, surf clams, razor clams, baby scallops and salmon roe.👏 The abalone is cut perfectly in uniform size, it’s thick and soft in texture, 🥣the baby scallops are of good portion and taste fresh, while the razor clams are crispy and sweet.🥤Besides, the set include Deep Fried Platter, Japanese Soup, Side Dish, Dessert and Fruit Tea. 🍤The deep fried oyster is good as it’s crunchy and taste rich, which goes really well with their sauce😜
🥚 Nagoya Cochin Oyakodon ($83) 🥚
🎌This Don used one of the Japan’s top three well-known pure free-range chicken, so it taste rich and tender, 🍳 and the egg sauce is made up by their homemade dashi stock, which match perfectly with the chicken. 🍚 The most exciting part is the raw egg yolk, when it mix with the Japanese rice, it’s succulent and taste delicious 🤭
