昨晚去魚缸點選左隻一斤多新鮮活生猛西澳龍蝦，價錢每斤$320，做法：蒜茸開邊篜，點知等左超過30分鐘先上枱，一開始食入口已覺得肉質梅梅地，覺得唔對路冇再食，佢地好古惑，放好多蒜茸在蝦頭，等人唔覺原來隻龍蝦已死發黑變壞，一撥開移走蒜茸先見到蝦頭全部係發黑龍蝦膏，龍蝦腳好左甩左出黎同唔見左好多隻尾爪。怪唔得冇人在魚缸點龍蝦，原來點左新鮮生猛龍蝦都係會換做發黑死龍蝦。
