歐遊回來,對天氣和時差也未適應到。相差30度的溫度,我彷彿要食回來,身體一直期待川菜。今晚便來到雲陽 Yun Yan食「三十三辣歡天雞鍋」,香辣麻三者兼備,加上掛麵沾汁,那花椒的麻香更突出。Still haven't yet settled for the temperature and jetlag after my Europe trip. Tonight here I am at Yun Yan to enjoy the Chili Filets of Chicken with Chinese Parsley and Chinese Broth. So spicy, hot and full of taste of herbs! Adding the homemade noodles into the sauce enhances the richness of the broth as well. 同場加映,蒜泥白肉的變奏版「裹腳白肉」,多了一口清爽的變奏!白肉與萵苣絲排在架上,再沾上下面的蒜汁醬,清涼又清爽,而且汁醬不太辣,食後口裡陣陣涼快也不覺辣。For a refresh

For a refreshing taste, Sliced Pork Belly with Asparagus lettuce and spicy garlic sauce would be a very nice option as a variation of a similar course!
