南丫島豆腐花 Good or Exaggerated?🤔之前看過不少食評也認為南丫島建興亞婆豆腐花有點名過其實😀但近日到南丫島一遊 一嘗過後 其實並沒那麼差😂不過口感跟以往吃過的豆腐花是挺不同 質感較厚實 雖如其他食評一樣豆香並不算非常突出🙊但卻很有豆的質感…個人口味也很喜歡有薑味的糖漿作配搭😳和以往大眾黃糖粉的食法相比 則是另類食法🙈看過網上食評和親自到場一試後 也認為真的好看彩數😳有些圖片也是看到豆腐碎 又有渣的 但本人經歷則還好😂口味則認爲跟平日吃的清爽口感軟軟,純豆香清甜涼快的口味很不同🤔這裏是比較厚實薑糖味十足😎Tofu Pudding in Lamma Island 🤭The texture is relatively smooth and firm🤔not so similar to other tofu puddings I tried before…but I won’t say it didn't taste good! I can feel the soybean texture I guess that is why the texture is so firm

Tofu Pudding in Lamma Island 🤭
The texture is relatively smooth and firm🤔not so similar to other tofu puddings I tried before…but I won’t say it didn't taste good! I can feel the soybean texture I guess that is why the texture is so firm. Also, I like the ginger syrup. Make the tofu pudding sweet and still fresh!
However, it is base on how lucky you are… according to the previous food reviews, sometimes the quality can be quite different…🤣🤣
