今日又來到矛盾大對決嘅時候,就係滑溜嘅豆腐花,到底揀黑定係白好呢?雖然張相影落,佢個樣唔多討好,但係我真係幾鍾意食呢度嘅豆腐花。白色嘅豆腐花就係我哋平時所識到嘅黃豆製豆腐花,以黑色就當然係用黑豆去做啦。無論係白色定係黑色,呢度嘅豆腐花都非常之滑溜,豆味都好出,加埋我鍾意嘅薑汁,真係冇得彈。每次叫豆腐花,通常我都會加埋薏米,識落比較健康,今日我仲加埋幾粒芋圓,但叫一份就真係得幾粒,份量真係少咗啲囉!
