純素嘅曲奇有啲似美式曲奇，擁有煙靭鬆軟嘅獨特口感🍪 佢地為左保持最佳口感，全部嘅烘培食品都係即日製作😎 因為無牛油所以需要海鹽嘅微咸去平衡甜味，而且仲可以將朱古力嘅味道引出🍫
Vegan cookies have textures similar to American soft cookies. They are baked freshly everyday to ensure they stay chewy and gooey. The salt flakes adds an extra zing of flavour and balances out the sweetness, and further brings out the aroma of chocolate bits.
抹茶撻 $58
Matcha Tart
由酥脆嘅餅底、中間嘅抹茶餡到上面嘅忌廉都係純素架🤩 除左食到杏仁粉嘅香味添之外，更特出嘅一定係用左小山園抹茶粉嘅餡料，味道濃郁唔苦澀，仲帶有微微回甘🍵 撻面唧左啲素忌廉痛焙煎香氣濃郁嘅黃豆粉去點綴，增加濕潤綿密嘅口感😙
Everything about this is vegan, from the base, the tart filling to the cream on top. You could get a slight waft of almond flour from the tart batter, but the aroma of Koyamaen Matcha powder definitely stood out. It was very pronounced, but not too bitter. A few dollops of cream and soy powder was added on top to give it some extra creaminess.

佢地採用嘅咖啡豆嘅果仁味偏重，味道微甘而唔會太酸，有甘醇濃郁嘅咖啡香☕️
The bean they use have a more nutty flavour, with a slight bitter tone. There wasn’t much sourness which is very much to my liking.
