I was about to buy a box of sushi to take away for dinner after shopping, then I found out there is a new 立食 (Stand-up meal) sushi counter at Fusion Deli. The sashimi looked very good.I ordered two scallop sushi. The size of the scallop was HUGE (10 cm x 4 cm) - and it was very fresh. The chef told me that the scallop was freshly arrived by air from Japan. The sushi was also nicely presented and totally out of my expectations. Highly recommended to all foodies! The soy sauce was a bit too salty

The sushi was also nicely presented and totally out of my expectations. Highly recommended to all foodies! The soy sauce was a bit too salty though. But overally speaking, the dining experience was unique and very enjoyable!
