Pic 1️⃣: 錦繡球黑椒和牛酥 - $138 hkd 🐮
— Beautifully presented, intricate details and impeccable taste. There was a generous serving of wagyu in this, and perfectly paired with the black pepper sauce that wasn’t overpowering.


Pic 2️⃣: 娘惹香辣鹹水角 - $88 hkd 🌶
— Another adorable dish. These were interesting flavour wise, as I’ve never had a spicy 鹹水角. The spicy sauce definitely has a kick to it and quite pungent.


Pic 3️⃣: 拉絲芝士巴馬火腿鮮蝦寶盒 - $198 hkd 🧀
— Sounded a lot tastier than it was but still not bad! This definitely passed the cheese-pull test as it was full of cheesy goodness! Slightly lacked flavour, and there was barely any parma ham in it. Though deep-fried to perfection, making it extra light and crispy.

— Scallops were fresh, loved the quinoa on top for an extra crunch.


Pic 5️⃣: 魚香茄子海參燜伊麵 - $268 hkd 🍆
— SO GOOD! This was an incredibly flavourful plate of noodles and I couldn’t stop myself from eating them! The e-fu noodles soaked up all the goodness of the marinated fish-paste sauce, slightly spicy for that extra boost of flavour. The sea cucumbers were equally as tasty, giving the dish a nice chew to it.


Pic 6️⃣: 涼拌滷水鴨絲 - $198 hkd
— A nice cold, refreshing dish to have in between. The sauce had a nice acidity to it to cut through the richness of everything else we had, and the duck was super tender.


Pic 7️⃣: 筍尖蝦餃 - $98 hkd,四喜鱈魚粿 - $98 hkd,香茜蟹肉餃 - $88 hkd 🥟
— A really good range of dumplings. My favourite was the cod fish dumpling which was super aromatic with the addition of salted fish, and crunchy texture from the water chestnuts.


Pic 8️⃣: 椰果石榴甘露 - $88 hkd
— I wish I could have this everyday. This thinking about this dessert to this day because of how amazing it was. The guava taste was so prominent and the dessert was undeniably fresh.


Pic 9️⃣: 粟米片開心果露 - $88 hkd
— Another outstanding dessert that I could keep eating! The pistachio flavour was so intense and the texture of this was insanely creamy and velvety smooth.


Pic 🔟: 酥皮日本蛋蛋撻 - $88 hkd 🍳
— Delicious egg tarts. The egg custard was smooth with a rich eggy taste. Baked fresh to order too.


📍Ambiance: Spacious, bright interior and design. Staff are so attentive and professional.
⭐️Would visit again?: Definitely!
