We were shopping in TST and saw this eye-catching pink ice cream shop at the corner of 厚福街. It was so hot and sunny that we were craving something cold and sweet. There were quite a few creative ice cream cups with different flavours. There were two streams: brown for choco and white for milk.As a super choco lover, I decided to order 三重奏朱古力杯 while my friend ordered the lighter 肉桂蘋果樹 which was more suitable for the hot summer weather. 三重奏朱古力杯 at $53
The server helpfully introduced to us that the choco soft cream was made of 82% cocoa and was very rich. Indeed, the chocolate soft cream was super super rich, thick and dense yet still smooth! It was really one of the best choco soft cream I had ever had. Top-notch indeed! I especially liked the fulfilling texture of the cup because of the loads of crispy rice on the surface and the rich and thick hazelnut sauce in the middle. There was a small oreo cookie which was crispy too. It had fully satisfied by desire for choco. I think it was good to share it.
肉桂蘋果樹 at $52
The 肉桂蘋果樹 was very refreshing. There were loads of cinnamon pieces which were not overly sweet at all but sufficient to enhance the flavour of the relatively plain milk soft cream. The milk soft cream was very smooth. To our surprise, there was actually some cream in the middle while the base was again full of soft cream. The apple crisp added on top was crispy and enhanced texture and look of the cup. It was not too plain even compared with the relatively richer choco soft cream cup.
In short, both soft cream cups were very delicious and I would highly recommend them. Good to grab one and go and I didn't have to wait long although they were just made when ordered.
