《江戶前天丼》$138 😋😋😋
《上天丼》$118 😋😋😋
炸到金黃色嘅天婦羅非常之吸引,食落口感好特別,食得出天婦羅嘅粉漿同平時嘅唔一樣,唔需要點醬汁味道都好夠,但又唔會話太油膩。
兩款唔同嘅丼飯都會有海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、溫泉蛋、海苔同埋筴碗豆,而最大分別就係魚;江戶前天丼會有一條特長嘅穴子星鰻,而上天丼就會有鱚魚。比起平時食開肥美嘅鰻魚,星鰻嘅脂肪比較少,口感會緊實啲,食起嚟感覺上健康啲~鱚魚肉質鮮嫩,蛋白質豐富!兩種都係平時比較少機會試到嘅魚,好特別啊😍
咁多款天婦羅之中最surprise到我嘅係魷魚餅!!魷魚食落非常之新鮮,又有多重口感,好好食!溫泉蛋亦都做得相當之出色,店員有建議用蛋汁撈飯,超惹味👅
一定要讚下呢度嘅米飯,珍珠米粒粒分明,撈埋秘製嘅醬油,完全食唔停口!
