繼續生日飯-PICA PICA 今晚去左食Spanish food ,一直都覺得西班牙菜一定要一班人食先開心今日點左Pica pica paella surf & turf -見好多人講必需要點large ,我地都點左large ,面有大蝦,蜆,雞肉既西班牙燉飯,路會太濕,粒粒分明有咬口,味道是鮮甜香濃(我鐘意),而蝦同蜆都是有鮮味,彈口同juicy ,仲有我鐘意既雞肉🥰Deboned Suckling pig with sweet potato purée and raw Spinach 🐖 是一個小小的乳豬,佢已經去咩骨全部都係肉,表面薄薄地脆卜卜而下面既肉就軟熟,佢用sweet potato 做手purée 都幾特別,豬肉既味都幾濃,如果怕羶味要留意啦🥰Wagyu steak tartare on charred bone marrow 🐄呢個幾特別,因為放係牛骨髓上面,因為骨髓熱既時候融融地,而牛肉是爽口的,二樣融為一體好好食!(呢個我下次一定encore ),同埋佢既調味是微酸,我覺得幾開胃💋Cold cut - 份量偏少,味道都不過不失(not a big fan of c

是一個小小的乳豬,佢已經去咩骨全部都係肉,表面薄薄地脆卜卜而下面既肉就軟熟,佢用sweet potato 做手purée 都幾特別,豬肉既味都幾濃,如果怕羶味要留意啦🥰

呢個幾特別,因為放係牛骨髓上面,因為骨髓熱既時候融融地,而牛肉是爽口的,二樣融為一體好好食!(呢個我下次一定encore ),同埋佢既調味是微酸,我覺得幾開胃💋

佢既八爪魚好大粒但偏淋,而薯泥就好出色!好香牛酒味同食到佢一粒粒既口感同時又有沙沙地既蓉(呢個食到用心整出黎✨好正)
甜品-點左dark chocolate hazelnut Olive oil and salt (本身我係想點Torrija 但表達錯左),chocolate sauce 似金莎味但真係太多鹽唔太識欣賞🤣
我估呢間都會再encore !會叫成班friend 一起食!🫶🏻開心
