Hong Kong is a culinary paradise where you can find a variety of cuisines from around the world. However, not many people pay attention to British cuisine in Hong Kong. This time, I would like to introduce the Red Star Restaurant & Pub located in Quarry Bay.

I had the pleasure of trying their British hunter chicken, which is a traditional British dish that is not easy to find in Hong Kong. The chicken breast was pan-seared to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a tender and juicy texture on the inside. It was complemented by the restaurant's hunter sauce and delicious smoky bacon.

In addition to the hunter chicken, the Red Star Restaurant offers other delicious British dishes that I would be happy to introduce to you in the future. The restaurant's decor combines British vintage style with a touch of elegance, leaving a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the restaurant was fully booked, and I wasn't able to take photos. I encourage everyone to visit the Red Star Restaurant in person to experience and savor their delightful food.
