呢幾年多咗好多漢堡主題的餐廳🍔,很難有機會試晒咁多間,朋友介紹好我就去試吓,暫時都唔唔會花1、2個小時去為一個漢堡包排隊。🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️ 餐廳嘅漢堡扒都係用百分百安格斯牛肉來做,肉汁比較豐富🐂。..大部份餐廳會將幾種唔同的肉混埋一齊,比較乾身。今次肉太,如果做到外脆內軟就好啦,始終廣東人對食物口感要求比較高。🧐另外包唔夠熱,扣咗少少分,總括來說Okay的👌🏻。餐廳位於斜路,食完可以行下當幫助消化。😂 .There are many burger places nowadays in central like Burger Circus, Stormies, Shake Shack etc. I haven’t tried Shake Shack yet because I don't want to line up an hour for a burger. 🍔This is my second time to The Diner but I don’t think it’s as good as the first time when I had it 2-3 years

There are many burger places nowadays in central like Burger Circus, Stormies, Shake Shack etc. I haven’t tried Shake Shack yet because I don't want to line up an hour for a burger. 🍔

This is my second time to The Diner but I don’t think it’s as good as the first time when I had it 2-3 years ago, maybe because I have eaten too much good food in these years haha. 🤪

All burgers in The Diner are 100% USDA 🇺🇸Angus Beef, cooked to medium, unless requested otherwise. The patty is fresh but the texture is a bit too soft. I would prefer soft inside but with some harder crust on the outside.it a bit harder, just my personal preference.

Something that I really didn't like was that the bun wasn't hot enough when served. It’s the little details that make a good burger. 🤟🏻 Not many restaurants in hk serve coleslaw and theirs is fine. Overall still worth a try but the restaurant is located up in the hill, so it might be a good workout before or after the meal. 😂🏃🏻‍♂️ .
