其實我覺得佢似沙律🤣 三文魚腩同牛油果都好新鮮，配埋sour cream同西柚，少少酸，平衡返三文魚腩同牛油果嘅油膩感。

I’ve watched Gordon Ramsay making this creamy potato gratin, so I know how many procedures it takes preparing it. You’d never spend hours making it at home, it’s just too complicated. When I saw it on the menu, one for me please🙋🏻‍♂️
Turn out it was so appetizing🤤 that scalloped potatoes was surprisingly delicious. Layered with cream and cheese, it’s moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Sounds yum, eh? Along with Parma Ham, Brie cheese and Sunny-side Up Egg, all the flavours were well-balanced.

▫️Hana scone served with jam and mascarpone▫️
Of course I ordered scone. I heard they are famous for it. It was soft and moist on the inside while crunchy on the outside. Definitely one of the best scones I’ve ever had. Besides, the mascarpone was presented decently. Score!

▫️Home pickled salmon, sour cream, avo, grapefruit, homemade bread▫️
Tbh I see it as a salad instead of a main dish🤣 Salmon and avo were heavenly good. Drizzled with oil and mixed with sour cream and grapefruits, it somehow balanced out the flavours.
