We searched openrice for a good deal for afternoon tea. Then , we found this cafe with with BEA credit card special offers. The quality of food and tea was acceptable. Hot water was available to refill the teapots. Sad that no refill for coffee.To be honest, the food was so and so only. But the decoration of the food rack was splendid. We were upgraded to the upper floor with a wide angle view facing the Victoria harbour. Two hours if reunion in the paradise.
