近日男友到尖沙咀工作，適逢我每月有一天菇素的日子，今晚就來吃個美味的素菜日。 為表對地獄廚神Gordon Ramsey 的尊重，這食評以中英對照的來寫。Today is my vegetarian day once a month. Potted Crab / 蟹肉配多士 (5/10)
I didn't taste the crab and just eat the toast. I felt a bit disappointed as the bread was chewy.
But boyfriend said the Crab sauce is tasty and appetizing with the lemon juice.
我沒有品嚐蟹肉只吃了多士。我覺得有點失望，因為麵包有點韌的。
但是男朋友說，蟹醬是美味可口的，加上檸檬汁更是開胃。

This is vegetable lasagna, although no meat, very rich with cheeses, mushroom and well baked and taste, this is my comfort food !

Truffle Chips 松露薯條 (7/10)
If you like truffle, truffle chips will be highly addictive!
But I am a bit disappointed with the chips tonight as the chips are not deep-fired enough. Anyhow, the truffle taste is lip smacking.
如果你喜歡松露的香味，這薯條會很容易令你上癮！
但是有點失望因為薯條炸得不夠脆。無論如何，松露的味道還是味美的，我們也吃過不停。

Eton Mess (8/10)
This is a classic English dessert, it is commonly believed to originate from Eton College.
This dessert consist of mixture of strawberries, broken meringue (egg and sugar) and Chantilly (whipped cream) and sprig of mint.
The cream is very smooth, strawberries are sweet but the meringue is not enough.
This is too delicious, I wish I could have more meringue!
這是經典的英式甜品，普遍相信起源是在一學校 Eton College 源起及售賣，因以起名。
用莓類配以蛋白甜脆，加上打起的忌廉和薄荷葉以作陪襯，每一口也香甜滿足。
忌廉很滑，士多啤梨很甜。但蛋白甜脆有點不夠的，這太美味了，我希望我可以有更多的蛋白甜脆
