Went there with high expectations, wife telling me how good this place looks. Got there and the place was full. Staff said I could give a mobile number and they'd call me when a seat was available. Never did we receive a call. 60 mins later I went back and they said they couldn't call us because mobile phone reception was terrible near the restaurant. What an absolute lie! We had a great reception and we knew that because we kept looking at our phones for their call.As if this weren't enough,
As if this weren't enough, they forgot our order. We ordered a Burger Lover, a Seafood Lover and a flat white. We waited for 20-25 minutes until we couldn't wait any longer so I asked the staff for the progress of our order. They said there wasn't any order from our table. We had to reorder. We were hangry.
Credit to the manager though. He offered my wife a drink who was at the time fuming. Other staff were deflecting responsibility. Hope the manager can find more honest and better helpers.
Anyway, food was good. More staff training obviously required.
