位於尖沙咀的「每日」自開業以來一直都人頭湧湧，十分熱鬧。香港的素食自助餐越開越多，「每日」有何獨特之處能保持高人氣呢？作為一間提供蛋奶素的餐廳，「每日」仔細將每道食物都標記好，純素菜式一目了然。食物當中約八成都是純素，不像部分素食自助餐會偏重蛋奶類，充分滿足純素食者。環境方面也比同業安排得好，坐位尚算舒適。食物款式多樣，不少都甚具特色，像是咕嚕合桃、蓮耦餅、生炒糯米飯和自家製什錦堅果。還有辛辣驅寒的胡椒湯、買少見少的芝麻卷、炸得鬆脆又不油膩的椒鹽豆腐，多款食物值得一再添吃。食物質素有保證，難怪店外總是大排長龍。Everyday located in Tsim Sha Tsui is always full since its opening. Being a lacto-ovo vegetarian restaurant, Everyday makes remark for each dish and vegan dishes can be easily identified. Unlike other vegetarian buffets that makes egg and dairy products their main ingredients, 80% of food here are vegan. The environment here is also more comfortable than its counterparts.
The food of Everyday has a great variety, such as walnut in sour and sweet sauce, lotus cakes, fried glutinous rice and homemade assorted nuts. A number of food can be eaten more than once, including pepper soup that keeps you warm, sesame roll which is not always seen, and fried tofu which is crispy but not oily. With such high quality food, no wonder there is always a long queue outside Everyday.
