🍰蛋糕🍰◾️今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於西營盤嘅 JOMO Coffee & Cakes，雖然坐落嘅位置比較隱蔽，但係佢哋嘅糕點又真係幾吸引，而當中嘅戚風蛋糕尤其出色。JOMO Coffee & Cakes is located in Sai Ying Poon, specializes in various kinds of cake. 戚風蛋糕 (Chiffon Cake) $52 / Slice
戚風蛋糕有伯爵茶同黑芝麻兩款口味。伯爵茶口味味道滲透到蛋糕嘅每一處，散發住淡淡嘅茶香，表面再用上花瓣作點綴。黑芝麻口味用上杞子嘅香甜襯托，再配上黑芝麻嘅醬令到質感唔會好乾。兩款戚風蛋糕嘅質感都好鬆軟，若味道可以再調得更濃，味道會更佳。
Chiffon cakes are served with two flavours, which are earl grey and black sesame. For the earl grey, it is decorated with petals, and the taste of tea fragrance is spread equally among the cake. For the black sesame, the sweetness from goji matches well with the taste of black sesame. The black sesame sauce further smoothens the texture of the chiffon cake. Both chiffon cakes are fluffy in texture. We suggest that the flavour can be more intense for both cakes.

芝士蛋糕 (Cheese Cake) $52 / Slice
芝士蛋糕都有兩款口味，我哋就試咗日式焙茶口味，味道極為濃郁，而且同芝士嘅味道形成對比，令到芝士感覺唔會太滯。質感方面比較結實。下次去會試埋另一款口味。
Cheese cakes are also served with two flavours, and we have chosen hojicha flavour. The taste of hojicha is quite rich and it sharply contrasts with the robust cheese flavour. The texture of the cheese cake is solid. We would try another flavour of the cheese cake for our next visit.
