玉米起司蛋餅 (Egg Roll with Corn and Cheese) $28
蛋餅內壤入大量嘅芝士同粟米，滿溢嘅芝士為蛋餅帶少少鹹味，同時營造拉絲嘅效果，層次豐富。如果嫌味道唔夠，仲可以蘸一旁嘅辣醬。建議未食過蛋餅嘅朋友試下。
Egg roll is filled with a large amount of cheese and corn. The cheese brings a little saltiness and enriches the texture of the egg roll. You can dip the sauce aside if you think the flavour is not rich enough. We recommend you to try it if you have never tried an egg roll before.

花雕醉雞 (Drunken Chicken) $32
花雕醉雞啖啖肉，好有滿足感。花雕嘅份量控制得好好，引出雞嘅鮮味。
The drunken chicken is satisfying, as all slices are deboned. The amount of Huadiao wine is well-controlled, that brings out the taste of the chicken.

炸花枝丸 (Fried Cuttlefish Ball) $30
花枝丸質感彈牙，底部細心地用上吸油紙，令花枝丸嘅表面唔好咁油。若墨魚味能夠更重則味道更佳。
The cuttlefish ball tastes bouncy. The bottom is carpeted with a paper to absorb the oil of the cuttlefish ball. It will taste better if the flavour from the cuttlefish is stronger.

涼拌豬耳 (Pig Ears) $29
豬耳質感爽口，味道帶微辣，當中嘅蒜味都頗重，係一道值得推薦嘅涼盤。
The pig ear tastes bouncy and slightly spicy. It has a strong flavour of garlic, and it is our recommended cold dish.

黃瓜味道清新，不過不失。
The cucumber tastes refreshing.

酥炸排骨 (Fried Pork Ribs) $30
酥炸排骨個表面質感頗酥，味道帶鹹。若排骨能更厚會令質感更豐富。
The surface of the fried pork ribs is quite crispy. It tastes slightly salty. The texture will be richer if the ribs can be thicker.

百香紅茶 (Passion Fruit Tea) $22
熱情果同紅茶嘅味道好襯，酸酸甜甜，味道清新。
The sourness and sweetness of the passion fruit matches well with the tea, that is very refreshing.
