梅光軒 (Baikohken Ramen) 杏花新城新店開張，環境不錯也舒適，店舖靠窗位置有棵大櫻花樹裝飾。新店開張，當然要叫個開業限定麵——「蝦魂」，即係蝦味噌拉麵。外觀雖然吸引，好可惜拉麵係包裝的，相信係某款日式超市買到的拉麵，而湯底味噌較濃，偏鹹。開業期間，蝦魂麵奉送日本蜜瓜一份，蜜瓜夠juicy夠甜。整體價錢不太值，建議不要用包裝拉麵，餐單可加上麵粗幼硬度、湯底濃淡等選擇，讓顧客自由配搭。Tried out Special Ramen theme 🍜 Shrimp Miso 🍤For celebrating the newly launched store at Paradise Mall, Heng Fa Chuen.
