今晚去了堅尼地城食飯，見到冰室嘅裝修走時尚風，牆上有電影海報，最緊要係佢有梳化🛋️，坐得好舒服。我和朋友叫了鐵板黑椒牛柳粒配燒肉汁（配薯菜）-牛柳粒在鐵板上煎至微焦，保留肉汁的同時，增添了香脆的口感。日式蒲頻鰻策並包飯配櫻花蝦 -鰻魚肉質鮮嫩，蛋包飯我最鐘意食，飯粒粒分明，充分吸收了鰻魚的鮮味。櫻花蝦加添視覺上的色彩，也提供了額外的海鮮風味。最緊要嘅嘢就係佢嘅羅宋湯不得不提是非常之好味，足料。一定廚師嘅功勞🥰。 今晚食得非常飽，價格平食物份量多，非常值得推薦。Tonight, I went to a restaurant in Kennedy Town and noticed that the decor had a trendy vibe, with movie posters on the walls. - The beef was grilled on the iron plate until slightly charred, retaining its juices while adding a crispy texture.
Japanese Unagi Rice with Sakura Shrimp
- The eel was tender and paired with a special sauce. I particularly love the omelette rice, as the grains were distinct and absorbed the eel's fresh flavor. The sakura shrimp added a pop of color and an extra seafood taste.
Overall, I had a very filling meal tonight. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Highly recommended.
