住銅鑼灣既地膽今日帶我周圍搵食😋搵左呢間環境一流既餐廳😍Tomato Anchovy Crystal Loaf第一次見到呢個配搭,係用鳳尾魚做主角,烤過既鳳尾魚味道仲好鮮香,因為有蛋黃醬、香草同蕃茄醬調味,一啲都唔腥😋 麵包烤得好脆,好似餅乾咁😋Foie Gras Toast鵝肝香甜而不油膩,配烤得香脆嘅多士,好惹味😛Clams w/ White Wine and Garlic 個蜆煮得啱啱好,好鮮嫩,加埋濃郁既蒜蓉,去腥之餘都更加滋味Tortilla de Patatas呢個蛋餅係我食過最好味,中間係有啲流心,味道好豐富,令人食極唔停Seafood Paella有蜆、青口、大蝦等配料,相當足料,而且唔會煮得過熟,食到原汁原味既鮮甜,最重要係個飯索晒海鮮嘅鮮香😚Casa Fever & Tiramisu BrewRed Velvet Churros
