牛油果龍蝦卷的牛油果非常感香,龍蝦肉非常彈牙,再加上三文魚籽增加了菜色的鮮味;這個綠色的食物,從形態看上去根本看不出是甚麼味道,非常有趣特別,一吃下去開了爽脆的外皮,你便會知道是橄欖,給予人無限驚喜;蕃茄多士非常香脆,而且感覺清新,廚師再加上了鯷魚,將味道提升到另一個層次
The avocado and lobster roll features a fragrant avocado and tender lobster meat, enhanced by the addition of salmon roe for a burst of freshness. Despite its green appearance, it's hard to tell the taste until you try it. The crispy outer layer reveals a delightful surprise of olives. The tomato toast is exceptionally crisp and refreshing, with the chef elevating the flavors with anchovies to another level.
