大廚Charlie嚟自紐約，係香港落地生根，最拿手美式意大利菜，佢同兩個朋友一齊講笑話自己係三隻盲鼠盲舂舂就咁係船街開左呢間餐廳，所以取之為名。三個人超友善又隨和，當正朋友一樣成日行埋嚟傾吓計，好玩之餘，我地一齊睇吓啲菜式有幾咁盲舂舂先！Homemade style Italian cuisine is one of my favourite selection.
