This really exceeded our expectations, as the wagyu was so tender that it basically melted in our mouths. The explicit crunchiness of the fried lotus roots and cucumber dices also contrasted well with the soft rice, enhancing the depth of the dish.

We got this healthy choice to save quota for dessert. The colorful salad had huge chunks of roasted Japanese pumpkins and bell peppers. Although the tanginess of the onion vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes helped stimulate our appetite, the portion was quite big that we almost couldn’t finish it.
