該店女經理態度惡劣，囂張，傲慢。在店內對客人對罵，及揚言不怕被開除，因此也不怕客戶，對客戶無禮貌。絕不會再光顧又一城王家沙分店，食物價錢不便宜已是其次，但女經理服務態度傲慢，目中無人，不能接受！ I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the poor management and service of this restaurant. The manager of this restaurant yells at customers and claims that she’s not afraid of being fired, and acts like the boss of this restaurant. I have never seen such an arrogant manager/waitress before.
