Cozy café with 10 branches in HK neighborhoods.——Classified beef burger ($128)We ordered this medium cooked signature beef burger. Beef was not quite juicy tbh, but I did like how the burger buns were flavored with butter and sauce. A bit overpriced tho I would say. Lobster sauce risotto ($138)It was so porridgy as if I don’t have to chew at all😂 Nicely flavored! Baba ghanoush ($48)I didn’t know what that was until I googled it😂— Mashed eggplant dip! I didn’t know what that was until I googled it😂— Mashed eggplant dip! Surprisingly good, serving tgt with those crispy melba toast. I’m sure it could also be good pairing for crackers, nachos or any crunchy veggies😋
