之前都見過唔少人推薦呢間台風拉麵，而每一間分店都會有限定嘅湯底，見到前兩個月開嘅灣仔分店，有我最鍾意食嘅黑松露湯底，所以一直都好想試吓。平時鍾意食沾面嘅我哋，今次竟然只係叫咗拉麵食🤩但三種唔同嘅湯底非常之有驚喜，食落都有好唔同嘅感覺！一定會再幫襯試埋佢啲沾麵🥰三碗拉麵嘅配料都一樣，低溫慢煮嘅叉燒好好食，夠嫩夠淋，而份量都合理！略嫌糖心蛋熟咗少少，不過都接受到嘅。網上面見到原來可以荀轉蛋，如果真係幾話都幾正🤪啱哂我呢啲唔太鐘意食荀嘅人！麵條屬於比較粗身嘅拉麵，而軟硬度都啱啱好，而掛湯能力都幾高下。拉麵份量嘅都好足夠，個人覺得女仔揀少量都夠飽。.seens this Tai Fung has a few branches across HK but each one has their own unique ramen soup base 😆 the wanchai shop opened 2 months ago and they have the squid ink truffle ramen that i wanted to try 😋 ordered 3 ramens all of

seens this Tai Fung has a few branches across HK but each one has their own unique ramen soup base 😆 the wanchai shop opened 2 months ago and they have the squid ink truffle ramen that i wanted to try 😋 ordered 3 ramens all of them had the same toppings 🤤 a slow cook char siu which was super tender 🐖 a half boiled egg was pretty yolky as well🥚 the noodles were the thicker ones and the hardness was just right and the soup clings quite well😊 the soup base is concentrated and flavourful as well! definitely coming back again

如果鐘意濃味啲，揀呢個就啱喇！係三個湯底之中最重口味嘅一款。但係味道濃郁得來又唔會太過咸，起碼我冇係咁飲水先嘛🤪湯底好香蟹同埋蝦嘅鮮味！

《墨汁黑松露拉麵》$88 😋😋
可以話係為咗呢個咁特別嘅湯底而來😍就咁睇都睇得出湯底好濃郁，再加咗少少芝士粉，味道更加香濃。墨汁味唔錯，但又未至於超好食到我會encore咁囉～店員好細心問我哋要唔要圍巾，不過最後都係整污糟咗🤣

想食清啲嘅話呢個都係唔錯嘅選擇～係好其本嘅魚介湯味，但唔會話太濃，飲晒個湯都無問題，完全唔會口渴！
