Probably the fanciest hotpot I have ever had to date!😍 Considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience, I would say it was well-worth it despite their relatively higher price point.👍🏻Favourite was definitely their razor clams 聖子, incredibly fresh with a sweetness that lingers in your mouth. The broth 🍲 also made everything tasted 10 times better and I barely needed any soy sauce dip! We went for the Fish maw and Chicken broth 紅顏花膠雞鍋and the Taiwan Style Spicy broth 台式麻辣鍋. Personally I prefer the spicy broth, and basically cooked all the beef and veggies in there.🙈Nonetheless, the chicken broth was perfect for cooking seafood, there were also plenty of fish maw and even two mini abalones in the chicken broth!😋

The 🍢penguin shaped cuttlefish balls 企鵝丸were absolutely adorable and tasted surprisingly good as well. The set also came with 響鈴 and unlimited access to a delicious Taiwan style braised pork rice肉燥飯 as well as fresh fruits such as watermelon, melon and cherry tomatoes (perfect when things get a bit too spicy!).

As for the beef, we picked 🥩USDA Prime Beef Chuck Rib 頂級美國牛肩胛肉as part of the set and also ordered an additional serving of 🥩USDA Choice Beef Top Blade 美國特選級牛板腱, because it’s just not proper hotpot without there being a plentiful supply of beef 😉 Both were delicious, with the former with a stronger beefy flavour, though I liked the latter more because it’s on the leaner side and had a very tender texture.
