🎂The traditional cakes are always high in calories and sugar, so it’s not suitable for the one who are keeping fit. 🏃🏻♀️To search for low sugar cake, I found this shop Cake Sakura, apart from selling low sugar cake, they also offer no sugar version! 🔖You can order the cake two days before and take it at their Cheung Sha Wan shop🌸 Before getting into the shop, their entrance attracted me with the pink wall, cherry tree and flower wall, they are eye-catching and it’s a great place for photo taking📸
🍠Okinawa Sweet Potato Cake (No sugar version) ($600/1lb 6”)🍠
🤩The colour of this cake is stunning and can stimulate people’s appetite.🌟 Besides, there are edible gold leaves and macaroon on top of the cake, which look luxury and extravagant👏
🇯🇵The sweet potatoes are delivered directly from Okinawa, so they’re of good quality and fresh🛢In making the cake, 🩺the baker add rare sugar and extra virgin olive oil into the sweet potato, and no butter is added in the cake, so it’s a healthy choice of cake and diabetes can have few bites as well😉
🤔It is believed that the cake will be light in taste as there are no sugar added, but then that’s not the fact😎The cake is fluffy and full of sweet potato cream when cut, 🥄 together with the dense, delicate sweet potato paste and spongy cake, it’s satisfying and enjoyable when having it👅
