在西環住及工作,經常在德記用膳。昨晚 (Feb 4, Sat) 經歷了一場非常氣結的晚飯經驗。1. <味覺評語>當天我們點了蠔仔粥、川椒雞、上湯豆苖、滷水併盤、糖醋麵、椒鹽鮮魷、莎拉骨。蠔仔粥 --> 味道一般。川椒雞 --> 多油。上湯豆苖 --> 還可。滷水併盤 --> 不過不失。糖醋麵 --> 幾好。莎拉骨 --> 比較好吃。2. <感覺評語>訂了一桌7PM跟女友家人吃飯,女友家人一早6:20PM入坐,當時未滿。不滿(1) : 坐在等人中,當中巳有伙記不斷催下單。7PM齋人時,點了7樣菜,吃至一半。不滿(2):巳不斷有伴記在收你桌上吃剩一些但未完之東西,十來分鐘就來問我們有無菜末至,實質似叫我們吃快點。7:30PM時,一個叫「黃太」的女伙記(MAYBE是老闆),走來,跟我說:「快D吃埋個沙拉骨!」不滿(3):沒想過我們安坐吃飯,連聊天的機會都沒有,伙記重教埋你要食甚麼!結果,我們7:45PM就結賬,5個人花了約$600, 卻一餐飯連45 MIN都不到,又趕又給人羞辱,感覺超差!!!2點問題:(A) 若

2. <感覺評語>

不滿(1) : 坐在等人中,當中巳有伙記不斷催下單。

7PM齋人時,點了7樣菜,吃至一半。
不滿(2):巳不斷有伴記在收你桌上吃剩一些但未完之東西,十來分鐘就來問我們有無菜末至,實質似叫我們吃快點。

7:30PM時,一個叫「黃太」的女伙記(MAYBE是老闆),走來,跟我說:「快D吃埋個沙拉骨!」
不滿(3):沒想過我們安坐吃飯,連聊天的機會都沒有,伙記重教埋你要食甚麼!

結果,我們7:45PM就結賬,5個人花了約$600, 卻一餐飯連45 MIN都不到,又趕又給人羞辱,感覺超差!!!

2點問題:
(A) 若然知道很多人等位,為何不早早跟我們聲明要有交桌時間?
(B) 趕客吃飯,是何態度?!

English version:

I work and live in Sai Wan and often have meal in "Tak Kee". Last night, I had a very bad experience to have a meal with my gf family there.

We previously booked a table at 7pm. My gf family arrived at 6:20pm while "Tak Kee" was still full of space.
Awful experience (1): When her family was at the middle of waiting for us, the staff at "Tak Kee" kept on giving pressure to ask us to order food.

At 7pm, we ordered 7-8 dishes when everyone presented.
Awful experience (2): Afterward, the staff started asking if any dish missed and collect your semi-empty dishes when you were still enjoying the meal. They made us feeling great pressure to finish the meal as soon as possible.

At 7:30pm, a staff, middle-aged woman, called Ms. Wong, pointed to the Sala bone meat and taught me by a rude voice, "you can finish this bone"
Awful experience (3): I have never experienced in any restaurant that a staff would teach you how to eat fastly. We all felt insulted and very unhappily at the end.

Finally, we checked the bill at 7:45pm and finished the meal within 45 min by paying around $600 for 5 people.

Two questions underneath my head:
(1) If they know many people queuing up the meal, why did they tell us the time to return the table
(2) Can anyone tell me that what kind of attitude is for pushing the customers to finish their the meal
