在九龍灣工作完後, 由於沒吃早餐的關係, 想吃碟飽足而簡單的碟頭飯. 來到光榮冰室, 分店數目依然可以在疫情裡維持, 自然有其能力. 快餐要求就是快, 大份和能入口. 這裡的蔥油三眼雞扒飯就是代表, 代表着冰室有着這些要求.無論是飯的份量, 雞扒和煎蛋的Size, 也可以用巨型來形容. 雞扒外脆內嫩, 雞黃一夾就破, 蛋汁和蔥油以及豉油結合起來, 用來伴飯絕對吸引. 飯身夠乾, 所以在攪上蛋汁後, 依然保持粒粒分明的狀態. 要說是可以再改進的, 也許是可以將蔥油炒一下, 香味會更突出, 但如此份量如此價錢, 功能性滿分, 味道又不錯, 再多的改善就是錦上添花而已.The chicken fillet egg rice with green onion sauce is one of the famous dishes at glory cafe. The egg is juicy and it is perfect to mix with rice when adding soy sauce and green onion sauce. The rice texture is dry enough to mix with all sauce and the chicken fillet is nasty.
