This combination was heavenly! The sourdough toast was evenly buttered and perfect toasted, with the edges still crispy when served. Very generous amount of avocado in the most photogenic rose shape. The eggs were cooked to perfection with a gorgeous runny yolk. There was also a huge piece of prosciutto ham and a bit of spinach for some health. Be sure to get a bit of everything in each bite, and I promise you will absolutely love it! A little on the pricier side but the portion size and food quality really make up for it! Plus, it’s okay to splurge a little on a Saturday morning right? 😉
這個組合好好食！麵包烘得香脆，牛油果份量超足，水煮蛋有好靚嘅流心，加埋菠菜火腿，帶點鹹香，每一淡齊晒咁多嘢食，真係超滿足！雖然定價偏高，不過真係高質又足料，已經想再去啦🥰

Added HKD 30 to try their rose latte with oat milk, the latte art wasn’t the best but it was a nice coffee (not an expert in this arena), though the rose part was not noticeable at all🙈
