之前去過其他 Le Fauchon 分店, 已經覺得無乜特別, 都係貪佢 “平”… 上星期諗唔到去邊, 所以o黎試灣仔分店. 上到去 waiter 先話得番出面位, 乘機食煙…個環境都 OK, 唔係太逼 / 熱…Menu as expected 無乜特別, 都係 $218 for 3-course dinner. APPETIZER: Salmon & Scallop Carpaccio with Rocket salad* 聽落好似好吸引….o黎個樣完全兩回事… Salmon & Scallop 樣子combined 成好似煎蛋咁而似片菜咁薄 …未食都睇得出極唔新鮮….食落果然: 10級腥+臭......Waiter 承認係整定, 之後無其他解釋….(佢幫我 cancel 左個 dish, by this time I felt a bit full from the bread which was quite good, so didn’t want to order & wait for a new appetizer) MAIN: Crab Meat & Avocad

MAIN: Crab Meat & Avocado with Creamy sauce Linguini
* 味道 OK, cream 好濃, 但食唔出 crab meat
DESSERT: save the worst for last
* Tiramisu (似 mousse 多過蛋糕): 第一啖有種好濃既怪味, 第二啖竟然食出酸味…! The Waiter himself looked shocked when we asked him how they can make sour Tiramisu’s... he took the dish away and came back & said: 我試其他果 D 都無事, 係你哩個咁 arm… WELL...so I cancelled it since was sharing my friend’s Chocolate Fondant 心太軟 (OK, but THE BEST can be found @ TST Le Fauchon) by that time we were really full already.
Overall, 唔好食. But if you have same expectations as going to a 茶餐廳, then 可能會覺得好食 bcuz of the better ambiance.
Waiter 都識做, 埋單時自己道歉先 & only 收左我碟 Main dish 既錢，再俾九折.
