我今日放工後,約同好友去位於銅鑼灣新寧道8號中國太平大廈第一期地下B號舖的正潮樓食潮式菜餚,裝修古雅,坐得舒服。我地點左:鵝粉肝Groose Liver(半份)$128,鵝片Sliced Groose Meat $168,厚菇焗鮑魚 Braised Abalone with Shiitake Mushroom $218,肉碎蠔仔粥 Poached Congee with Fresh Oyster and Minced Pork $198。鹵水鵝片和鵝肝好味又好食,飽魚焗得軟腍入味,肉碎蠔仔粥的粥底鮮甜,蠔仔肥美,整體黎講係好美味的潮洲菜餚。
