Hojicha & kinako cream 焙茶黃豆粉忌廉 $95(👅: 9/10)This kakigori is really divine and scrumptious as the flavour of the ice is pretty good, it includes some warabi mochi on top and inside which is very soft with a little bit chewing. The taste cream is alright as it’s not that sweet. I can feel the mochi is really match with these flavour. Next time I ll try the one with caramel sauce and cream as this one is a bit bitter taste but so matcha 🍵
and with the mochi and red beans which is my favourite topping😎 Also, it includes a condensed milk sauce for you to add up. After the milk the matcha flavour taste sweeter than only the matcha syrup kakigori but at last when it’s all melt and all flavour is gone just like ice or
