If you know me, I’ve been visiting the best dumpling shops in Cheung Sha Wan. This place is one of our all-time favourites. We last came here like 5 years ago, and it’s still the same old, good small shop we used to know. Our takeouts today:
Pork dumplings in two flavours- Carrots & Mexican Turnips (甘筍沙葛肉餃); Cabbage & Black fungus (雲耳椰菜肉餃)! The former is very sweet, juicy and tasty; the latter has a mix of crunchy veggies and soft fungus bits. Dumplings are huge in size, meaty, succulent and are definitely one of the best in the district.

We like the signature broth (野葛菜生魚豬骨湯) here A LOT so we have both dumplings in soup. The soup looks milky and it’s absolutely so delicious. It tastes healthy and rich at the same time, it’s a soup with depth.

There are a variety of rice noodles, egg noodles and Shanghainese noodles to choose from. We pick curly yellow noodles (油麵), so good to go with the soup and homemade spicy pickled radish!
