Hidden in an alley in Wanchai, @flagship offers a wide range of creative and novel fusion dishes. Ordered their 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐞 without hesitation and it was a pretty nice pick! Topped with a brittle caramel crust, the custard pudding below was extremely smooth and creamy, in an exquisitely rich flavour of condensed milk. Would be even better if it came with a stronger black tea aroma! The main courses were surprising too - 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 turned out to be a flavoursome vegan dish without minced meet. The combination of tender, juicy 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐨 𝐗𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 resembled the traditional Chinese ‘Drunken Chiekn’, interesting and innovative!

躲在小巷裏的隱世中西fusion餐廳, 食材的配搭全部都很新穎呢!! 一看到menu上的𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐞就毫不猶豫地點餐了(有和我一樣喜歡泰奶的朋友嗎??🤎) 頂層的焦糖薄薄一層很脆不會過硬, 燉蛋質地滑溜, 甜味中帶的煉奶香, 細細品嗜的話有茶香的餘韻, 如果泰式紅茶的味道更濃厚一點會更好!! 以為是肉醬意粉卻原來是用蘑菇做的素食, 調味做得很不錯, 沒有加肉但味道也不單調 ( ´▽｀) 法國黃油雞腿加上紹興酒有種在吃醉雞的感覺, 肉質嫩滑, 值得一試!!
