百樂中心一向都係食肆集中地,估唔到裡面有間咁有氣氛嘅餐廳,完完全全係我理想中嘅約會聖地✨唔怪得依間餐廳啱啱先開業無耐已經咁有人氣😳• Honey Roasted French Chicken Supreme (dinner set) $298用三百蚊左右就可以食到4 course,加上咁有情調嘅環境,超抵食!三款前菜當中我哋揀咗Tuna Tartare,吞拿魚魚味濃郁,伴著香脆麵包粒口感唔錯,不過粒鵪鶉蛋就略嫌overcook咗少少唔夠流心,否則撈埋蛋汁應該會更好食呢~而餐湯則是忌廉蘑菇湯,菇菌味清香。主菜法國黃油雞外層烤至微脆,雞胸同雞脾各佔一半,脾位自然肉質滑嫩好多,雞胸相對嚡口,但亦不至於難咬。甜品New york cheesecake 質感實在,入口順滑,芝士味濃而不膩☺️• Hokkaido Scallop with Alioli De Spaghetti $288帶子煎成好靚嘅金黃色,Size頗巨型,內裡半生熟保持鮮嫩彈牙嘅口感,仲帶少少甜味,好正!意粉調味出色,蒜味極香極濃,除咗落咗生蒜亦都有落炸蒜,所以多咗啲脆脆嘅口感,再加上佢夠辣,整體超惹味😳• The White G
