金巴利道走到尾近天文台道的明洞EXPRESS早在韓國菜未流行時已屹立尖沙咀。餐廳是自助形式。打開餐廳門，韓籍老闆已用帶韓文口音的廣東話帶位。餐桌間距闊落，更不須排隊。選定食物便可到收銀處落單。食物隨後會送到桌上。Myung Dong Express located at the end of Kimberly Road which is close to the Observatory Road. 食物選擇不少，每道菜均包括前菜，白飯和例湯；恰似韓版茶餐廳。There is a wide variety of food on the menu. And every dish comes with kimchi, rice and soup.
燜牛肋骨肉飯 (細) $98 Marinated Steam Beef (S)
由落單到上菜，只需5分鐘。
牛肋骨燜得好淋好入味，又唔痴牙。
The beef arrived our table in 5 mins after order.
The beef was so tender and nicely marinated.
一碗有五舊手掌大的牛助骨，仲有大量入晒味既蘿白 (有紅有白)。汁料偏甜，但個人喜甜，所以十分滿意。
碗內未有太多汁，因為所有精華已滲入肉和蘿白中。
There are 5 pieces of palm sized steamed beef and lots of carrots.
The beef and carrots are nicely marinated with the korean sweet sauce and pear.
You won't find a lot of sauce in the bowl because they are already absorbed by the beef and carrots.
每件牛肋骨都成吋厚。以男士的食量，都絕對夠飽。女仔食量較少，兩個女仔可叫一個餐加一個煎餅。
Every beef is an inch thick. Even a well built man would be satisfied by the portion of the food.
例湯味濃配菜充足。雖然天氣炎熱，但飲呢個湯都有舒緩的感覺。There are lots of onion in the soup.
BBQ烤五花肉 $98BBQ pork belly
五花肉烤得很乾，縱使肥膏很多都唔覺膩。同樣，分量十足，鐵板上滿滿五花肉。
可惜，鐵板未有燒得熱，五花肉很快變冷。
The pork belly is very think , so it's not very heavy with the layers of fat.
Again, the portion is very satisfying. You can see the whole pan is filled with pork.
It would be better if the iron is hotter in order to keep the pork belly warm.
汽水選用玻璃樽，比鋁罐裝更能保冷。The coke came in glass bottle. It stayed cold longer than the canned coke.
題外話/補充資料：
方便快捷。食物質素遠超其價格。性價比很高。
The quality of the food outweighs the cost. Very economical!
