一直對上環TMK印象麻麻，環境太暗太焗宿。灣仔新開嘅呢間，環境光猛好多，亦多咗TMK Bowls碗飯選擇。Rap & Rolls Hamachi 油甘魚新鮮，加入墨西哥辣椒，清新開胃。Seared Scallop手卷，帶子用牛油煎香，食落無負擔。甜品Poppin’ Ice Cream 喺雲呢拿雪糕上面加上爆谷、紫菜、橄欖油，估唔到又好夾，唔錯！Hasn't been a big fan of the TMK in Sheung Wan due to the dark atmosphere and so-so food. Gave their new one in Wan Chai a shot. The environment was so much better - open space with more light. Besides the rolls, they also served TMK rice bowls. The Rap & Rolls Hamachi and Seared Scallop Roll were both refreshing and light.
