一間就在跑馬地的小店。裝修有現代感,有一邊長bar枱可看到師傅忙碌準備客人的食物。特別的是追加和牛。師傅把和平牛片放在鐵盤上再用火槍把和牛煮好,香氣撲鼻。因為牛肉用火槍,所以不會過熟。生牛肉粉湯底比較適合喜歡較為青湯底的朋友。個人會推介是越南三文治。外間有很多店的越式三文治,都可能採用在舖頭可買到的扎肉等等的材料。他們用心製作每一種取用了的肉,用料新鮮和一般的越式三文治不一樣。牛油雞翼可以一試,外皮酥脆,可惜欠缺一些牛油味。蝦餅也值得-試A small shop in Happy Valley. The Wagyu beef is done in their special way. The chef puts the slice of Wagyu beef on an iron plate and cooks the Wagyu beef by hand torching. The aroma is tangy and fragrant. As it is hand torched, the beef less unlikely to overcook.
The raw beef Pho soup base is more suitable for friends who likes a relatively clear and less flavourful soup base.
My personal recommendation is the Vietnamese sandwich. There are many Vietnamese-style sandwiches by other shops, which may use ingredients such as pork sausage that can be bought at the supermarkets. Here, they make every kind of meat to their taste, and use fresh ingredients, which is different from ordinary Vietnamese sandwiches.
You can try the butter chicken wings, the skin is crispy, but unfortunately lacks some butter flavour. Shrimp cake is also worth a try。
