聽朋友話呢間食light meal唔錯嘅餐廳,就同屋企人週末嚟試試。先 a la Carte order 咗個Fine de Claire Oysters $372 有6隻,超正,帶新鮮海水味又不太咸👍🏻我就點咗當日嘅Weekend Brunch,有3個 course 另包1杯果汁或咖啡盛惠 $348。個 light start 我就揀咗Warm Oat Porridge with Spiced Apple Chutney and Crystalized Almonds,幾樣材料都幾夾幾好味😋。Main 我就就叫咗Wagyu Beef Cottage Pie with French Beans and Pickled Shallots,呢個真係非常麻麻,完全食得出係Wagyu😅,仲要入面乾乾哋。我老公就冇叫brunch set, a la Carte 叫咗USDA Brandt Beef Rib Eye 350g served with Beef Fat Hash Brown $558,個ribeye 比較淡牛味,叫medium rare嚟到差唔多6-7成熟,仲overcooked到有

到最後我個 brunch set dessert 就要咗 French Toast, Dulce de Leche, Sherry Caramel and Toasted Almonds,唔知係咪我唔識食,又乾又冇乜味,我都唔知我食咗乜嘢,我寧願食茶餐廳西多士😅😂
總括環境幾好,幾好坐,枱同枱之間空間足夠,不過食物及服務態度就非常一般,價錢相比質素絕對偏貴😅😅😅
