邊個話香港服務唔好呀??!!今次我就食到一間好有服務又好食的餐廳!!真心要推介俾大家今次我就食左SIGNATURE的Sabor 杏花雞匣原來用左肇慶市封開縣杏花雞,所以食落一D都唔鞋口同覺得好滑Chicken Liver Pate呢個雞肝醬個肝味好濃厚中層帶甜甜地唔會覺得漏Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Green Allioli呢個墨魚好彈牙好爽唔點泡沫蒜醬都好鮮咁墨魚同個蒜味好夾個泡沫蒜醬好滑!!Sabor Chicken Box杏花雞匣呢個未上枱前會係你面前點火先打卡一流同酒味好香之後再拎返入廚房切好細心會同你講食左邊一PART好估唔到唔點醬料都好味同埋真心好滑Chicken Skin Oil Rice呢個就好似煲仔飯咁將本身剩返的少量雞肉同雞皮會加埋入去撈混一齊食, D雞皮好脆個飯好香好好味P.S 食完先知道原來總廚師承西班牙米芝蓮 Jose Vicente Mascaros唔怪之得D野食咁有水準仲有free corkage 免開瓶費覺得慶祝/包場都唔錯

個泡沫蒜醬好滑!!

呢個未上枱前會係你面前點火先
打卡一流同酒味好香
之後再拎返入廚房切
好細心會同你講食左邊一PART好
估唔到唔點醬料都好味
同埋真心好滑
Chicken Skin Oil Rice
呢個就好似煲仔飯咁
將本身剩返的少量雞肉同雞皮會加埋入去
撈混一齊食, D雞皮好脆
個飯好香好好味
