做左小食家咁耐,終於忍唔住寫第一篇食評。而可以成功推動我既,就係何文田剛開業一週既"黑糖"咖啡店。呢類既小店係香港多不勝數,但能夠全面地俾到我好印象既卻好少。一入到店內,俾好靚既老闆娘吸引到之後,就係佢親手整睇得到應該好食既紅苺蛋糕,跟住叫埋杯唔係餐牌既Flat White。坐低係我認為全店最舒適既位置,望住睇得到精心挑選既擺設,聽住熱播外語歌曲。蛋糕比我預期好食,咖啡雖然奶熱左小許但算不錯。跟住再叫左個特別要求既半份牛油果蛋沙津三文治,食得到簡單食材背後既心機。但呢間店我最欣賞既係做得全面。服務態度,室內設計,音響,食物,都做得唔錯,最重要係靈活性大,滿足到食客。當然,作為嘴饞既我會諗到好多野再令食品昇華。但在此覺得"黑糖"值得一篇好既食評。#非槍手After being a foodie for such a long time, I finally decided to write my first review, and the shop that motivates me to do so, is the newly opened cafe in Ho Man Tin - B
After being a foodie for such a long time, I finally decided to write my first review, and the shop that motivates me to do so, is the newly opened cafe in Ho Man Tin - Black Sugar. There're plenty of cafes similar to this in Hong Kong, but there're only a few that can truly impress me holistically. Once I entered the shop, except for being attracted by the lady shop owner, I saw the raspberry cake made by her on the counter. I then also ordered a Flat White which is off the menu. I then sat down, in my opinion, at the most comfortable table in the shop, and admire the nicely chosen decor while listening to Global Top 50 songs. The cake was better than I expected, the coffee was good but would be better if the milk was less hot. I then ordered a off the menu Avocado Egg Salad Half Sandwich, I can taste the thoughts that were behind the simple ingredients. What impressed me the most is how well rounded this shop is, from customer service, interior, acoustic to food, all are quite well done. Most important is they are flexible enough to satisfy the customers. Of course, as a foodie there are different things that I thought they could do to make the food even better. But here, I think Black Sugar do deserve a nice piece of review.
