Time for some good old Chinese food! Family-style dishes of great quality at very reasonable price points👍🏻 My favourite was the seafood veggie soup, I just love plain boiled cabbage that has been cooked until it is super tender😍 The steamed grouper was delicious too, Chinese style steamed fish paired with soy sauce is just such a perfect combo! The deep fried oysters are also worth mentioning, each piece was huge and super fresh, coated with just a thin layer of batter. We also had pan-seared tofu (great source of protein 😉), Chinese style roast pigeon and the classic sweet and sour pork with sweet potatoes 🍠 which was quite a creative twist.
Their red bean soup (紅豆沙) was the perfect finishing touch😍 Chinese restaurants rarely serve red bean soup for dessert these days and even when they do, they are either too watery or too thick. So this was a very pleasant surprise!
