這個燒鰻魚,外表有點像港式的燒肉,口感同樣地是十分香脆,沒有油膩的感覺,鰻魚的肉身非常彈牙,所以沒有油膩的感覺,另外鰻魚亦非常新鮮,不過紅酒糟的味道不太突出

The grilled eel appears similar to Hong Kong-style roasted meat, with a delightfully crispy texture that lacks any greasy feel. The eel's flesh is very tender, contributing to its pleasant mouthfeel. However, the flavor of the red wine marinating is not particularly pronounced.

這個豬大腸,可說是每次來這間店舖別吃的東西之一,有別於其他店舖的豬大腸,這個完全沒有肥膩的感覺,而且入口爽口彈牙,亦完全沒有內臟的味道

The pork intestines are a must-try for anyone visiting this restaurant. Unlike those from other establishments, these do not have a greasy texture and are pleasantly chewy, completely devoid of any offal taste.

這個是吃蟹粉的時節,所以餐廳亦推出了不少相關的菜式,不過這個豆腐煲令人有點失望,因為豆腐完全沒有香滑的口感,質地反而偏硬,而且飯焦的味道,亦吃不出蟹粉的鮮甜味

As it is crab season, the restaurant has introduced several related dishes. However, the tofu hot pot is somewhat disappointing, as the tofu lacks smoothness and has a hard texture. Additionally, the burnt rice flavor overshadows the sweetness of the crab.
