肉質超爽彈有嚼口一點都不覺韌
好高質的燒牛舌😍
Ox tongue skewer is one of the best dishes of the night, nicely grilled and seasoned with perfect texture despite a thick cut, without being too chewy but still have a decent bite to it.

原個焗椰菜花 可謂最有驚喜之作
這類vegan菜式真係唔多地方會有
椰菜花好巨大 腍得來有咬口
味道豐富有點蒜香
鹹鹹香香的味道好惹味但又唔會過搶
食哂一整個都不覺膩亦都唔會有罪惡感😝
But my favorite dish goes to the whole roasted cauliflower (a popular dish in the vegan world) which is so tender but still maintain great texture and slightly charred on the edges, love the subtle garlicky and salty flavor from the seasoning.

楓糖黑毛豬叉燒肥瘦比例均勻
肉質好嫩又juicy 外層烤至微微焦香
配上薑蔥食都係第一次幾有趣
其實就咁淨叉燒已經好好食
Our Cantonese representative is the maple glazed char siu (bbq pork), one of the restaurant’s signature dishes, soft and tender iberico pork with nice charred crust, served with a traditional scallion and ginger purée usually complementing chinese chicken dish. A funky yet well executed dish.

慢煮牛排做到medium rare 肉質細嫩
雖然黑蒜醬好濃好香
但如果牛排上加少少鹽吊吊味會更好
The sous vide hanger steak was tender and moist, though the black garlic aioli was flavorful but would’ve been even better with some salt to elevate the meat flavor.

香港唔太多西餐有brussels sprout做sides
呢度的brussels sprout好有外國水準
烤得剛剛好 有咬口但不會太硬亦不會過腍
配個醋汁好夾好好食
brussels sprout was grilled to perfection, enough bite to it but not overly soft, the balsamic vinegar is the perfect condiment.

雖然偏油但真係超薄超香脆
細滑蛋黃醬味道亦調教得好好
忍唔住不停不停食 好上癮
The chips were incredibly thin and crispy, paired amazingly with the mayo (never get enough of mayo!)

甜品選了咖啡同抹茶affogato
預先已經倒入咖啡同抹茶
咖啡超濃超香配甜甜的雲呢拿雪糕
配合的好完美
抹茶都比想像中濃 好香抹茶味
食完哂雪糕仲可以飲埋餘下的抹茶🤣
Dessert was simple but very delicious - espresso and matcha affogato, always love a good balance between the sweet vanilla ice cream the intense espresso and the surprisingly rich matcha that I’m happy to empty the remains after finishing all the ice cream.
整餐晚飯都好滿意
真係要多多支持用心經營的小店
雖然地點不太就腳
但其實由旺角地鐵站行10分鐘左右就到
絕對值得一試
