星期日夜晚食火鍋,人不算多,最怕食物不夠新鮮,潮鍋是朋友推介,火鍋食物質素非常高,雖然覺得喺香港打邊爐好貴,但係都想支持高質素的火鍋店!當晩最驚艶的是椒鹽魚蛋,平時也是魚蛋愛好者的我,總是對魚蛋評頭品足,今晚呢碟椒鹽魚蛋,一個字嫩,新鮮彈牙,椒鹽惹味,吃出了魚蛋新高度!😋😋😋朋友喜歡象拔蚌,所以我們也叫了刺身,切得不錯,也非常新鮮,我自己不是很愛魚生,所以放在鍋裏灼一灼,鮮味無比!在香港吃牛肉,最慘同大陸比較,這碟牛肉叫腩底,肥瘦適中,除咗價格係大陸嘅三倍,牛肉質素相當不錯!另外叫了田雞,新鮮劏,非常好味 (要知道,不是間間火鍋店都有生劏田雞😜)水餃、雲吞一食都知道材料新鮮。火鍋店最重要的是火鍋料,夠靚夠新鮮,即使我認為唔算平,起碼都有食物質素!雖然餐廳話有八折,我們埋單都要$19XX. A highly recommended HK style hotpot restaurant. What’s HK style hotpot? You can enjoy sashimi and hotpot on the same table,and u can have both quality beef and seafood at the same meal. The soup base is important, but the quality and freshness of food is more emphasized in HK style hotpot. When we have the Sichuan Chilli hotpot, the spicy soup is the star, or if you go Chiu Chow style beef hotpot, beef is the star. I would say HK style hotpot is the balance of everything and emphasize the quality of the food.
The meal was a bit pricey as we have ordered the geoduck sashimi ( just 2 ppl ), despite the price, the beef and the chilli fish ball were impressive. The fish ball was definitely the best I have ever had. 😋😋😋 A satisfied hotpot !
